Kevin is a proven security professional and leader of security teams and programs within the Guard Service environment, specializing in security services, program design, training, and client relations. He is an expert on HOA/Residential Services. I have a passion for helping the client and security professionals understand the why, what, when and how of security. Kevin has over twenty (20) years of security and project management experience. He has managed over six hundred and fifty (650) employees and a budget of one point two million (1.2 million) dollars a year.

Jerry L

Joseph, also known by his nickname "Jerry” always had the dream of being a business entrepreneur. This all came to fruition after he completed a distinguished police detective career with the Miami Dade Police Department. In 1996, he was able to fulfill his aspirations by successfully owning and operating businesses in the legal and security industry. These business ventures all started from the ground up, today producing yearly revenues of multiple million dollars, and employing over 100 employees.

In 2018, Jerry and Marcos Villanueva commenced “Maverick Security” with the same business principles, heart full drive and endless efforts. Jerry brings fifteen years of law enforcement experience, ten years of security experience with a blend of corporate America concepts. Jerry and his team of experts can design the adequate level of security services for your business or personal needs.

Jerry's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from Barry University. He also holds a minor in Criminal Justice from Miami-Dade College. This sparked his interest to continue a path in law enforcement. Jerry attended the police academy at Miami- Dade Community College North Campus and successfully completed his law enforcement training with 810 hours. While employed with the Miami-Dade County Police Department, he obtained a prestigious award that only select police officers and agents are able to receive known as the Outstanding Law Enforcement Award (OLEO). This award is provided by the office of the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

Marcos Villanueva

The Management Team of Maverick Security Services, LLC has over 80 years of combined law enforcement, military, private security, private investigations, corporate security, personal protection, dignitary protection, high value transport and military/government contract deployment experience. There is nothing we have not seen or done. Our Management Team has perfected the planning and execution of every facet of the security industry. From security assessments, operations, guard services, to technology of facial recognition software and the latest in access control systems. We have also partnered with cyber security experts and network systems administrators, in an attempt to combat hackers and protect both intellectual property and computer networks. We are a one stop shop for all of your security needs.

We had previously owned and managed a large security company in Miami, Florida. We were very successful during our involvement with that security firm but we only focused on the guard service aspect of the industry. So we went back to the drawing board and partnered up with security experts in their respective fields, in order to come up with our current concepts and services. Rather than focusing solely on a uniformed division and limiting ourselves to one revenue stream, we will maximize efficiency by offering our clients more services in the security industry.
